Please join the Giambi Family, the Jeremy Giambi Fund, and USSSA, for the third annual Jeremy Giambi Memorial
tournament, two locations and two weekends! We expect over 20,000 in attendance over the two weekends of play.
In commemoration of Jeremy’s life, accomplishments, and the great work he did with the youth in our community, whose
lives he touched, we are excited to introduce the Jeremy Giambi Memorial Tournament.

All net proceeds go to the Jeremy Giambi Fund to promote the mental health, well-being, and education of
student-athletes.
California expected participation: 90 teams, in 15 divisions, 6 teams per age group.
Age groups, 7u, 8u, 9u,10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 16u, 18u.
Las Vegas expected participation: 60 teams, in 10 divisions, 6 teams per age group.

Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and friends by equipping them with the knowledge to recognize the signs
of inner struggles. Our primary objective is to ensure that nancial constraints and resource limitations do not hinder anyone
from seeking help.
This fund has been established in memory of Jeremy Giambi, who tragically took his own life on February 9, 2022. His
absence is deeply felt, and the void he has left in our lives and in the lives of those who looked up to him as a mentor is
immeasurable. Jeremy was a kind and gentle soul who touched the hearts of many during his lifetime.
Join us in honoring Jeremy’s memory and in spreading the message that there is hope and help for those struggling.
